Penny Red’s

Penny Red’s is one of five F&B outlets at The Shinola Hotel in Downtown Detroit, which Jacque launched alongside NoHo Hospitality Group in 2019. This fast-casual brand centers on Andrew Carmellini’s signature hot fried chicken and honey butter biscuits, so Jacque worked with packaging companies worldwide to meet each item’s specifications. Branded signage, a “sauce bar,” custom tabletop caddies, and plenty of merch were layered in to a delightful effect.
