The Dutch

The Dutch, Chef Andrew Carmellini’s 2011 follow up to Locanda Verde, became one of the most closely-watched restaurant openings in the country. While orchestrating the media launch, Jacque also collaborated with graphic designers and fine artists under the guidance of Roman and Williams to bring the menus, brand collateral and signage to life. That year, The Dutch received a nomination for “Best Graphic Design” by the James Beard Foundation, and was named the “# 1 Best New Restaurant” by The New York Times. In 2019, Jacque redesigned the restaurant’s wine list with Master Sommelier, Joshua Nadel.
